I went to Venice, CA last night to visit boutique shop, eCookie on Abbot Kinney. It was their 5th Anniversary. Shop owner, Elain Sachs had shoppers go to the back of the store where they can enjoy custom sushi hand rolls - provided by Blossom Bento, drinks, desserts, and get their nails done by Nail Couture LA.
NCLA is a new wave of nail art that does not involve any heat lamps, cuticle cutters, numerous bottles of nail polish, and shaky hands. Its nail art designs on sticker decals for your nails!! So easy to apply - all you need is clear nail polish and a nail file!!
NCLA founder, Elin was there to show all the lady shoppers how its done.

1. make sure you have clean, non-painted nails.
2. Choose from an array of styles from classic to bold!

3. Apply clear coat.
4. Fit decal onto nail - press down and make sure there are no air bubbles.

5. Use a nail file to remove excess decal. You don’t need a nail cutter! Just file it off!
6. Apple a top coat! Should last for 5 days or more depending on how you go about your day! Or even apply a clear gel for an even longer lasting wear!!!

7. VOILA! Awesome, fuss free, edgy, and fashionable nails. And when you’re done, all you do is peel em off like a sticker!
You can buy the nail art online on their shop - there are 2 sheets per package. New season collection coming soon!
